PROCESS

Step One
A Career Management Associates Staffing Director will make every effort to meet each client onsite. This enables the Staffing Director to understand the unique culture and climate of the client. During this meeting, the Staffing Director will gather detailed information regarding the position details, and the hiring process involved. Our experience will enable us to make suggestions that may improve and expedite the hiring process thus providing additional savings.

Step Two
Now that we understand who you are, and what you want, we are able to focus on finding the best candidate. Career Management Associates' policy is to find the best, not the most available candidate. Unlike our competitors, Career Management Associates will assign a dedicated sourcing specialist to your requisition.

Step Three
As the sourcing specialist finds candidates, they are screened through a three step process which includes:
  1. A Resume review to ensure qualifications match with requirements of the requisition.
  2. Background check and Reference check conducted
  3. Initial Phone interview
Step Four
Now that the prescreening is completed, the candidate is submitted to the Staffing Director for review. The Staffing Director will then review the information, and determine whether the candidate is viable for the opportunity. If the Staffing Director determines they should move forward with the candidate, a submission document is prepared, outlining the Staffing Director's notes and the resume of the candidate.

Step Five
Career Management Associates will coordinate the interview and offer process. Our experience shows when Career Management Associates handles the offer, there is a significantly greater chance of a successful outcome.

Step Six
Our involvement does not stop once the offer is accepted. Career Management Associates will continue to be available and will stand by our Guarantee.
